These are the goals of the Doing 1to1 Right activity:

• To explore a framework for understanding the complexity of successful 1to1 learning with laptop initiatives

• To provide a forum to learn from each other and to group problem solve
• To create a document providing resources & suggestions to educators interested in doing 1to1 learning with laptop initiatives
• To help provide direction to the future activities of ISTE's SIG1to1

Process

1) Overview of the Doing 1to1 Right Model

2) Through a carousel-like activity, have particpants record their successes & challenges for each component on a wiki

3) Report out and reflect on our product

4) Group problem-solve some of the challenges
