What are your Leadership Successes?
Our head has set the stage for change within the faculty. We need to be able to address the concerns of facutly who raise the question of "why change when we have been successful at what we have been doing?" by helping us look at what changes are happening in the world.
Important to have a consistent message between all major leaders
Meet people where they are in Professional Development
Does the head need to "get it?"
Superintendents get together / collaborate; aren't afraid to ask questions; model involvement
Principal isn't afraid to break the mold ; think outside the box
Goes to bat for the teachers and the students.
Parent and board support
Having a good repoire with the board.
Have a plan and a vision, a mission
