Some haven't gone there, so they are very successful right now. Pilot teachers meet 6 days with other teachers in the province to provide PD on what they are learning with 1:1. Universities have been very supportive. Partnering up teachers - a techie with a non-techie to help pull people along. Small weekly PD included in the schedule - 45 min. a week on a topic.

Establishing a tablet camp for the teachers during monthly gatherings where they can address any concerns with a consultant.
Summer tech camp and survey the teachers on what they would like to see in the meeting.
Peer coaching teams meeting with teachers in developing lessons using technology
